All work on the Noble Mansion project construction site has now been resumed in full following the winter break. Two of the seven buildings have already been constructed up to the sixth floor level.
In the meantime the concreting work to the imposing main staircase of the Sales Centre has been completed. The plastering work in the Sales Centre has also been completed. The contractors have progressed far enough to be able to begin backfilling the excavations in some areas. More than 50 percent of the underground car park area has been completed.
Whilst two construction companies are responsible for the construction work, the internal finishings such as the windows, doors and insulation work is being undertaken by subcontractors. From more than 12 subcontractors currently four companies meeting the high standards and quality requirements have been selected by the ESI-/Wanheng team. A comprehensive bidding process will now be started in order to select the best offer.
The auction of the Noble Family project has just been published as an official announcement in the press and is planned for 16th May. As with the auction of the previous project Noble Mansion project, the ESI team is well prepared and is confident of being awarded the contract for the site at this auction as well.
